If you want to signup for FREE a zopim account, we can add the functionality of chat/contact us to your website.

To have basic chat/messaging - you can stick with the free/lite account.
You can see a demo of it running on a pubwriter built site at:
http://selfpublishedsuccess.com/
It changes between 'Chat' and 'Contact Us' depending on whether I am logged into my zopim account.
