Creating a Table of Contents (TOC) from Headings - the {{toc}} snippet

Using the snipppet {{toc}} will autogenerate a dynamically linked table of contents for the page, based on markdown headings (which you define with # - # for H1, ## for H2, ### for H3, etc..)
